Dearest friends and collectors,

Welcome to my gallery website and this, my very first blog ever.  In the future I will update this blog regularly with news about such diverse subjects as new emerging artists, newly acquired masterpieces, how I found certain artworks, my travel experiences in acquiring your artwork, and many related subjects.

I will be happy to answer questions you may have about any part of the world of fine art.  I also hope to do comparative analyses of accepted museum masterpieces in comparison to the work of emerging collectible artists.

Your input, suggestions and questions will help me to address art related issues that may be of interest to a large number of collectors.

I will give you gritty details of what it takes to find hidden gems of art in attics and basements around the world.  For example, while traveling in Azerbaijan (see photo) I heard about a life size pencil portrait.  I found it on the Caspian Sea and came to realize through research that it was a pencil portrait of the Czar’s daughter drawn by a noted master who was trained at the Repin institute, about 2,500 miles away.  What happened next?  I’ll tell you later!
